What defines us as Christians? What makes us different? How do we live like Christ lived in this age and society?

Men in the Bible just like us
“Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.”
I think it's really easy to lose track of this, because the Bible seems so distant from today. We often forget that Moses started as a timid man and Peter was rash. That Gideon struggled to believe, and David fell to temptation.
They were just like us. And God used them mightily.
